Asian Noodle Salad
1 bag coleslaw
1 pkg ramen noodles + seasoning (I used chicken)
1 cup sliced mushrooms
3 green onions, sliced
2 cups snow peas, sliced
2 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp rice vinegar
Combine ingredients and you’re good to go – it’s really that easy and it’s always a hit at potlucks and BBQs!

Great picnic salad!
This sounds really yummy. I wish I had seen this a little earlier. My Italian marinated pork loin roast is on the barbie and my double baked, double cheese baked potatoes are cooking in the toaster oven. I will be trying this one in the next couple of days.
I made this last week I loved it. But my fussy hubby did not like it, to many raw things he said. I just laughed and said all the more for me.

Very easy to whip up but would be perfect for a holiday potluck!
I use Rice Ramen noodles when I make anything with noodles as I’m allergic. This is my first time to encounter coleslaw in an Asian Noodle dish but, I guess it makes sense since this is a salad recipe.
This salad looks delicious. I will have to try it.
