I’m amused (and happy for) several friends of mine that have just started online shopping in the past 6 months or so. Of course, doing what I do, online shopping is like breathing to me – it comes naturally. For others, it can be intimidating and can take awhile to get comfortable with. Still, wandering out into the World Wide Web to shop can have it’s pitfalls if you don’t pay attention to things like currency exchange, return policies, shipping rates and discounts. Yes discounts!
Many websites will share their discounts either right on the site or through social media outlets like Facebook and Twitter, so if you’re following them already you may get wind of a deal ahead of time. If you don’t have time to follow all the companies you like, there’s other ways to find discounts online before you shop. One option is Google – try searching for promotion codes and the company name. Sometimes this is hit and miss because the codes may be very old and expired.
Websites like PromotionCode.org are a perfect place to find exactly what you’re looking for – updated, current coupon codes for all your favorite online stores. I was checking out the site this morning and found codes for several sites I visit frequently. The site also offers feedback from shoppers like you, letting you know if a code worked and also a spot to leave comments as well. This saves the shopper time and frustration from grabbing a code that doesn’t work in the first place.
The site also shares links to PromotionCode.org Twitter and Facebook pages so you can keep up to date with the latest promotion codes posted. Check it out and remember to always look for a discount code before checking-out with your shopping cart online – make it a rule!
Thanks a bunch.
