Space Bag Launches Clean That Closet Challenge

Recently, I was sent some Space Bag products to review and they couldn’t have come at a better time!  After moving into our new house this spring, I was left with many items that still don’t have a permanent home.  In our spare bedroom, I looked around and muttered to myself, “WHY do we have so many blankets?”  The walls didn’t answer me, so I still don’t know why we’ve accumulated so many!  I just know that they take up a ton of space and I have no where to store them all.

Hooray for Space Bag!  We were sent several different sizes of Space Bags to try out, as well as the Space Bag Higher Capacity Storage Tote which I’m going to need more of!  The Storage Tote is a neat and tidy way to store your items and tuck them away under the bed or in a closet.  The Jumbo Storage Tote can hold up to 2 bedding sets, 12 pillows (!!!), and up to 12 sweaters or jackets. Once you start using Space Saver bags, you will be astounded at the amount that can go into one of them AND the amount of space that is feed up.  I had a spare room bed piled high with blankets that I had nowhere else to store!  The Large and Extra Large Storage Packs are perfect for this purpose.

The difference I found between the Storage Packs and the Storage Tote and the High Capacity Cubes is that the storage packs can fit into smaller spaces like under a bed, whereas the High Capacity Cubes are great for stacking in a closet or packing in a box.

The Storage Tote is more visually appealing than a Storage Pack of squished blankets, so if hiding spots closet storage space is an issue, the Storage Totes are a great option that you can keep in the corner of a room.

I know fall is the time when we all start to hibernate a little bit and get more organized in our households, but if you’re up for it with a few days off this summer, cleaning out those closets now will give you more time for hot cider and walks in the leaves in October.  Plus, you will have more room in the fall for all the things your kids drag home from school. 😉
