“A what on the grass?”

Ask your Mexican bartender to make you something fun, and this is what you get (actually every time we asked this the drink was always yummy!)  I present to you Sh*t on the Grass.  Yes, really.  We did a double take and asked him to repeat it (thinking something was lost in the translation) but nope, google it and you’ll find it too!

There’s 2 variations:

1/2 shot Midori Melon Liqueur
1/2 shot Bailey’s

or

1/2 shot green Creme De Menth
1/2 shot Bailey’s

I believe we had the melon one (or three) and they were so good!  The trick is to make sure the Bailey’s always goes on top because uh…well uh, you see the grass is on the bottom and….you get the picture.  Cheers!
