When we received our package of handcrafted cold processed soaps from Fraiche, my son and I both said “mmmmmmm!” as we smelled each of the 4 soaps we received individually. Right from the start, Fraiche had impressed me when I didn’t expect to be all that impressed. Why? Well, like other companies out there Fraiche makes and distributes organic bath and body soaps. The immediate difference between Fraiche and other companies is that their soaps smell like more than lavender and tea tree oil. Don’t get me wrong, I actually like the smell of both, but it’s expected now. Natural product? Ahh, yes, I can tell by the lavender aroma.
Fraiche’s Cherrylicious soap, made with more goats milk and aloe vera than most other soaps on the market, is hands down the most delicious smelling soap I have used! If I could, I would buy a closet full (actually, I’d put it in every closet to scent my house!)
Love cherries? You will love this soap. I suppose the best way to describe the scent would be that it smells like delicious sweet cherry bubble gum (you can almost taste it now, right?)
But don’t eat the soap. I’m surprised my 6 year old didn’t.
Other delicious smelling soaps from Fraiche that we received include Bare Naked (made with Australian Red Leef Clay and smelling fresh and clean like cucumber and melon with a hint of vanilla) and Mandarin Orange (creamsicle, anyone?).
The size of the soaps is generous at 5 oz, and I actually broke them into 2 to make them last longer (my son had his half of the Cherrylicious for showers, and I had my precious half for myself!) The soaps create a nice creamy lather (must be all that goat’s milk!) and don’t leave a sticky residue on my skin, yet the scent remains. When I use my Fraiche soap, I don’t apply lotion after I get out of the shower because I don’t want to mask the smell of the soap left!
Fraiche ships directly within the contiguous 48 states for $8.50, and can also be found at online retailers as well as retail locations across the US. I even found 1 store in Canada that sells Fraiche (which also has a website, might be worth checking out for ordering from as well, Canadians!) Use code feisty20 to receive 20% off your order right now!Fraiche is offering a great prize to 1 of my readers – a Soap Trilogy (three petite soaps in a package together, winner choses the scents!) and a triple Swizzles (bath bomb) set!
