This is the question I get all the time, “How can I earn more Swagbucks?” It’s true, using Swagbucks to search is only going to net you a few bucks a day, at most. So how do people like me cash out for hundreds of dollars in gift cards? The answer is simple, referrals!
The more people you refer, the more Swagbucks that magically appear in your account. When they win a buck, you win a buck, it’s that simple. The limit is 100 Swagbucks per referral, but that’s still a ton! Post the referral widget or referral code on your Facebook page, put it at the bottom of your emails, tell your friends about it on MSN. You can’t get referrals if you don’t work for it.
After the referrals have signed up, they still need to remember to search so that they can earn free Swagbucks (and you too of course). That’s where I run into a brick wall sometimes. Looking at my list of referrals, I have dozens of people who have signed up through me and have less than 10 Swagbucks. This kills me, because the hardest part is accomplished – the referral has signed up but now they’re just sitting there…those potential 100 Swagbucks are just out of reach!
