Now your little fashionista can look like mommy as these closely resemble the women’s Bearpaw Knit Tall boots. Something I noticed is that the children’s Cable Knit boots have suede material on the outside of the footbed whereas the adult Knit Tall boots have a woven outside. I appreciate that Bearpaw went the route of suede on the outside of the children’s style (it just makes more sense!)
I prefer the look of the boots worn folded down but they of course can be worn both ways. The sheepskin/wool lining helps keep feet extra warm. Checking out the bottom of the boot, the soul has a herringbone traction pattern (it’s important to make sure the boots have traction if your little one is going to be walking or playing in snow, you’d be surprised how slippery some can be.)
A note on sizing, Bearpaw for Kids is available starting in size 11 for toddlers. My daughter isn’t quite there yet but will be by next fall and I can’t wait! I wish Bearpaw would consider making their boots in smaller sizes (I think they would be a best seller, don’t you?)
