The women behind the creation and marketing of Daysteps believe that 2010 is the year to change your life! I can get behind that. I love the new beginning that January 1st brings each of us. Like others, I make some goals (I refuse to call them New Years Resolutions because I’ve decided that just sets me up for failure) and decide what my priorities will be in the new year. Along with this process, I also of course purchase new calendars and an agenda. There’s many boring basic agendas out there, but Daysteps has finally hit on something many women have been searching for.
Daysteps day planners make women accountable to themselves. It makes you a priority in your own life (what a concept huh?) by not only giving you room to plan your days but also gives plenty of space for taking stock of yourself. Each week gives you the usual space for writing in activities and appointments but also gives you a full page to “clear your head” while looking at the whole week. There’s also a health and fitness tracker and nutrition tracker for every week. It’s up to you to ensure you are getting enough exercise, taking your vitamins, and drinking enough water but having to account for it while planning each week is fantastic. It’s right there, in your face, and you can’t avoid it!Daysteps day planners are perfect for the person on your list who does everything for others in her busy life but puts herself last. She will love this day planner to help keep all her appointments in check but the surprise will be the extra time devoted in this day planner to taking care of herself.
