JamTots Baby & More store is based in Victoria, British Columbia; they are also an online store so they can share their products with everyone. Living where I do, there are very few children’s product stores near me, so I appreciate finding Canadian companies online because I can get great products with decent shipping fees. I’ve worked with JamTots in the past, and I know their shipping is prompt and their product selection is always growing.
I was happy to see that JamTots carries Stonz Infant & Toddler Booties and of course giddy when JamTots offered to send us a pair to try out. When my son was a toddler I had another brand of similar booties for him but what I really wanted was the Stonz (they were hard to find in my area at the time).
We were sent the Stonz Brown Polka Dot Bootie in size large (1-3 years) and they are perfect for my 2 year old this winter. They look a little odd, I know, but snowsuits make my children look like Michelin Men anyway. The goal with winter gear for Canadian families like mine is to ensure it keeps our children warm, and it also helps if the gear is easy to get on and off because guaranteed your little one is going to decide it’s potty time shortly after getting bundled up. Run mama run!
Made in Canada, these water proof (even the soles) and wind resistant booties are fleece lined inside for extra warmth. For wee ones, you can even slip these over their little leather slippers (the benefit of having an adjustable fit!) Once the bootie is on, simply cinch the toggle on the front for a secure fit at the ankle.
