Eleven

We have been fans of Eleven Collection since they first premiered on my Kick Off to Christmas Event last year at this time. The brand stands out from others because of their funky yet classic designs and the quality is fantastic. My 5 year old has been through 2 pairs of Eleven shoes this past year and both held up well against anything he put them through.

It’s no surprise, though, because Eleven shoes are exceptionally made with high quality leather and therefore naturally water resistant. They are comfortable to wear and look more like miniature versions of adult shoes than cutesy children’s shoes.

The Fall 2009 Collection does not disappoint, with a dozen new styles added to their already impressive collection. We received the fun and fashionable Simone boot to review from this collection. A friend recently asked me if I knew of any boots for fall weather wear that were not “clunky” and I referred her to Eleven. These boots look great with dark denim jeans or tights and a skirt.

The colorful leaves accent make matching a breeze, and basic black goes with anything regardless (even those wild patterned pants from some of our favorite children’s stores). Like the other shoes we have from Eleven, my daughter will likely outgrow these before they even appear worn in, making them like-new to the next person I pass them on to.If you’ve had your eye on Eleven for awhile now, the holidays are the perfect time to purchase a great pair of boots or classic style shoes for your little one to wear at special holiday events like school concerts and Christmas pageants. With sizes ranging from 9-3 (toddler size to early school age), there’s definitely something for everyone among their unique collection.
