Admiral Road Designs

Started by friends Amy and Danielle who met their first week of University 16 years ago, Admiral Road Designs gave these busy moms a new “fleece” on life! Their handmade fleece products are both fun and functional, ensuring they are noticed and loved by adults and children alike.Admiral Road blankets are all handmade in Canada from 100% polyester, non-pill fleece. They are extremely durable (can be machine washed and dried) and make lasting keepsakes. The Personalized Blankets would make a great gift!Also cool from Admiral Road Designs, their line of Treasure Tees each featuring a toy sewn into the shirt! I’m not sure if this would make my kids happy or very very mad! Let’s hope for happy! It’s a cute idea though, and these shirts can be washed and dried without a problem according to the site.We were sent several children’s fleece scarves from the Aardvark Collection, a new line from Admiral Road Designs. The three featured in the photo above are my favorites – my son wanted to wear the Space Scarf immediately, being the outer space fan he is right now. My daughter loves them all but I think she looks the most adorable in the Cupcake Scarf. Scarves for kids measure 6″x50″ with other designs for big kids measuring 6″x60″. They are best for children 3+ and of course with young children close supervision is important. Kids love wearing something that is fun so this is a great way to encourage our kids to wear a scarf when needed!
The Treasure Tees would be a hit among young kids, as would the Aardvark Scarves. Babies and toddlers (and even adults) would enjoy having a personalized fleece blanket (I don’t have one with my name on it, that might be kind of fun!)
