Wow have things changed from when I was a little girl. I thought the Easy Bake Oven was the coolest, it’s little light bulb cooking my latest creation. It looked, well, about as good as it tasted if I remember correctly. In the many years (that I’m not going to count) since I was playing with my baking set, new products have been created and have become better. I don’t think it’s accurate to say your child’s cakes will look exactly like the cakes on the packaging, at least not without some practice first, but if you have a girl on your holiday list who loves creating things and has an artistic flair, this would be a great choice.
