The About Us page of Ozone Socks, hands…er….feet down, has got to be the funniest About page I’ve read so far. A story like that tells me that this company is all about having fun promoting their products, doesn’t take themselves too seriously, and has excellent customer service because they truly enjoy what they do. Laurie Mallet, the founder of Ozone Socks, has a great outlook on why socks were the way to go for her when it came to choosing what to market in the fashion world. While not everyone can see your socks, fashion shouldn’t be about others anyway. Fashion is about wearing what you like and socks, she says, are like your own secret weapon.
The online catalog at Ozone Socks is full of a variety of styles and designs for everyone in the family. I was sent a couple pairs to review and though I wish I could say I didn’t wear them in July, our summer has been so rotten that socks have been needed. My kids get a kick out of the fun designs and they make me smile. Back in my office-attire days, I’d have definitely worn these cute socks with a pair of dress pants.
