Tawna Hill, the mom behind Tawna Hill Baby (obviously right) had one of those wake up calls none of us would wish on another. Diagnosed with a brain tumor when pregnant with her daughter Olivia, Tawna overcame her illness and decided to take her knowledge and skills she learned in the cosmetics industry to a new frontier. Tawna wanted to create safe products for her daughter to use, since children don’t have a voice and are so susceptible to their environments. Tawna knows we can’t avoid every toxin in our lives, but certainly with our baby care products we can all make choices to make our children safe.
Tawna sent me a sample size of her best selling product, Super Smoothie Cream. This is a product that can be used anywhere – from helping calm irritated wet skin on baby’s bottom to dry skin patches. The name of the cream is a little deceiving as I half-expected it to smell like a smoothie but that isn’t the case. Instead, I was treated to a mixture of calendula, lavendar, and tea tree oil. The cream feels as luxurious as promised and a little goes a long way. My sample container is still half full (or half empty, but I’m having a positive day!)
