What is a Woobie? According to Lisa Blackman, the owner and designer of Woobie Wear, Woobie is the nickname given to her daughter Lauren Jessica. What a cute nickname for a little girl and a perfect name for a website specializing in headbands and hats with interchangeable clips.
Instead of gluing the big flower to the headband or hat, Lisa added the flower to a clip instead, making Woobie Wear products completely versatile for babies, toddlers, and young girls.
We received an adorable Woobie Wear hat and 2 headbands to review! That means we now have 3 interchangeable flower clips that I can mix and match among the items, with different outfits.
The headbands are made of a super soft stretchy material that is decorative all on its own as well (the flowers really make the headband stunning, but the design on the band itself just adds to the overall look).
Nevaeh is at the age where she won’t keep a headband on for longer than 5.5 seconds but hats are a favorite of hers.
I managed to get a quick snap of her in her Woobie Wear hat and am going to take the headbands with me to our Easter/Spring photos and see if I can get her to wear the headbands then.
If not, I know she will definitely want to wear them in another year or so when she sees how adorable they look in her hair (and notices all the attention wearing them will be sure to bring).
