T-Shirt Monster was created for anyone who likes to design their own products from the comfort of their own home or office, those who dislike mass-produced shirts, and those who like to be able to give a special gift to someone custom made by them. Basically, T-Shirt monster was created for anyone, and can be used BY anyone to create custom shirts.
The Design Lab feature on T-Shirt Monster is very user friendly and enables users to either upload a photo of their own and create a t-shirt using those graphics, or users can choose from literally hundreds of design options from the Monster Gallery, where other users have uploaded their work. The cool thing about the Monster Gallery is that users can search by keyword, highly rated designs, or even by designs by their favorite designer. Often times, you will find a design you like and see that the designer has similar designs that you may like as well.
The shirt choices are excellent, with everything from baby onesies to hoodies for adults. Users can also choose from t-shirts from American Apparel or Me to We.
Customer Service is a priority at T-Shirt Monster and I know this from my own experience! The first item I wanted to review was a custom made t-shirt. I decided to put my own design on a Bella Tank Top, in size L. I uploaded a photo of my daughter and was able to add my own text underneath. The result looked fabulous! Unfortunately, when the item arrived, it wasn’t something that would fit me. The Bella line of shirts, as well as the American Apparel line, fit small! I was disappointed that I would not be able to wear the shirt and contacted T-Shirt Monster about my concern with their sizing. The company was more than happy to help me out and offered me my choice of other shirt, also letting me know about all the Bella style shirts and American Apparel shirts fitting small.
For my second choice, I decided to check out the Gallery and choose a design from there. I am a Twilight fan, and there was a saying I really liked from it. I couldn’t find it in the Gallery though (however, there are a ton of great Twilight inspired designs for those who are interested) so I decided to make my own. I picked a Bella 3/4 Length T-Shirt in size XL with blue sleeves. For those who have seen the movie, I thought I would pick a baseball style shirt like the Cullens wore at their family baseball game.
On the shirt, in red text, I had written: And so the lion fell in love with the lamb…
Again, for Twilight fans, you will know the significance of this phrase! Here is the final product, delivered to me within a week:
I love it!! Now, note that this is a size XL on me and I’m about a size 8. The shirt is sized pretty small but it’s gorgeous and fits well. There’s a nice amount of stretch to it and the cotton is soft.
