My husband is generally supportive of my blogging adventures, but of course I can understand why a guy would get bored when all the products our family reviews are primarily for myself or the kids. How happy was my hubby when we got a box from Dei Fratelli containing two varieties of salsa (!!) and two varieties of pasta sauce? He couldn’t wait to do *this* product testing.

I will say that the one distinct difference in the salsas and the pasta sauce from Dei Fratelli compared to other brands I have tried is the yummy tomato taste. Tomatoes are THE feature ingredient in these recipes (as they should be) unlike some salsas or sauces that are heavily flavored so much that tomatoes are ‘just another’ ingredient.
Dei Fratelli products are naturally gluten free (with the exception of one product, the tomato soup), so this is a great company to pass on to anyone you know who may be looking for gluten free products (I have one friend I passed on the info to already!)
Also, most of the products (with the exception of a few pasta sauces that contain cheese) are free of animal products. Since we have a dairy allergy in our household, this is important information for me.
