Join Scout and his friends for another exciting learning adventure from the world of LeapFrog. When the pals long to learn about numbers, their magical car, Axle, whisks them away to Number Land. With the help of a new friend, Max, the pals meet all the numbers in the land and build early numeracy skills. Then it’s time to help the residents of Number Land plan a surprise birthday party for Max. It all adds up to plenty of fun and adventure as kids sing and count their way through Number Land with Scout & Friends!
I am a huge fan of LeapFrog DVD’s! While the classical music DVDs have been under scrutiny lately for promising to teach babies things I don’t think they can stand behind, I happen to know first hand that these DVDs truly to help little ones learn and grasp the concepts associated with letters and numbers and then build on those concepts to further reading and math.
My 7 year old is proof – as a toddler he loved his LeapFrog DVD’s (his favorite was Letter Factory!) and to this day, in the second grade, he is reading 3 grades ahead of his peers. Was it all LeapFrog DVD’s? Of course not! I had a little guy with a love of letters and I fostered that with appropriate materials.
Nevaeh, at 4, is nowhere near where her brother was at this age, and that’s ok. She loves LeapFrog DVD’s too and is coming along with her letters and numbers and thanks to Numberland we’re now learning simple math.

We love Leapfrog we have a couple leapsters explorers but we dont have any leapster dvds, I have a 4 year old whos learning his numbers, & Abc’s this would be great for him !! Thanks for the great giveaway!
