Garlic Parmesan Chicken

garlic parmesan chicken recipe

This is a super easy recipe (as all recipes I share are, otherwise you won’t see me making them!) that I got from a friend over 5 years ago.  The story goes that it’s a recipe from the chef at a restaurant, a popular entree that you can now have at home.  I’ve shared this recipe with a few friends and relatives over the years and it’s always been a hit!

parmesan chicken topping mixtureMix together the parmesan topping the night before, or at least a few hours before, to allow the flavors to really blend. Remember to reserve enough of the mixture for dipping later!

Garlic Parmesan Chicken
  • 5 simple ingredients:
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese (shredded is better than the canister but if that's all you have that's ok)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ¼ tsp worschestire sauce
  • 4 chicken breasts
  1. Mix first four ingredients together. Reserve ¼ of mixture for dipping (the longer it sits in the fridge, the better it tastes, so you can make this sauce the night before).
  2. Generously cover both sides of chicken breasts with the sauce and place in a baking dish. Cover with foil and place in 350 oven for 1 hour.

Serve with rice or mashed potatoes and use reserved mixture for dipping the chicken into.  The sauce also is delicious mixed into the mashed potatoes or rice as well…calories simply don’t matter in this recipe and must be ignored at all costs!
