Chicken Soup for the Soul: New Moms

With Mother’s Day passed for another year, it would be sad if the focus was taken off moms and their value for another 364 days wouldn’t it?  Thankfully, we all know that moms are incredible the whole year though even if we take one day in particular to make sure we let them know it.

One of the latest releases in the Chicken Soup for the Soul series focuses on moms – new moms in particular and their stories and experiences about pregnancy, newborns and toddlers.

This book couldn’t have come at a better time for me – with a newborn snuggled on my chest I have been able to read several stories when time allows.

This is what I like about these books – while I have several novels waiting to be read, I don’t feel I have the time it takes to dive into them but the short stories in this book make it easy to read.  I think this book in particular would make a great gift for a new mom!
