Created in 2009, Everly Grey is a new maternity label that can be found online and at specialty boutiques. The bonus here is that you can find great maternity wear without the high boutique price-tag. Priced in the mid-range (with tops varying between the $28-$68 range), there’s something for everyone at Everly Grey.
Given the opportunity to review an item from Everly Grey, I decided on the Kelsey Tunic like the one above. Available in charcoal grey, teal and eggplant (which I picked), the Kelsey Tunic is available in sizes ranging from small to 1x. Being a size 8 pre-pregnancy, I picked a size large in the tunic (a size 10 based on the website info). I wore it for the first time this past weekend on a date night with my husband.
Based on the photo on the Everly Grey site, I thought the Kelsey Tunic would have been longer. Of course, we all have different body types (I have a long torso) and my belly is bigger than the one the model has, which would make the shirt appear shorter as well. The shirt is a super soft knit jersey (poly/rayon/spandex) and the eggplant color is a nice vibrant change from my usual favorites. The button details on both cuffs are a nice detail as well.
Everly Grey has a good selection of pants, sweaters, dresses and nursing tops as well. Shipping is $7.95 within the US and $12.95 to Canada with standard delivery (other delivery options available on the site). Customers can also use the Store Finder link on the site to find a store near them that carries Everly Grey maternity wear.
