Corn Salsa
 
Ingredients
  • ½ can corn
  • 4 medium tomatoes (I like on the vine best), diced
  • ½ red onion, diced
  • ¼ cup cilantro
  • ½ jalapeno pepper, diced
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • Dash of salt
Instructions
  1. Combine ingredients and refrigerate 1-2 hours before serving for flavors to blend.
