Corn Salsa
- ½ can corn
- 4 medium tomatoes (I like on the vine best), diced
- ½ red onion, diced
- ¼ cup cilantro
- ½ jalapeno pepper, diced
- Juice of ½ lime
- Dash of salt
- Combine ingredients and refrigerate 1-2 hours before serving for flavors to blend.
