Kraft Peanut Butter with Chocolate has been on store shelves for a while now, and it’s not surprising that Canadians have discovered that while it’s delicious on toast, Kraft Peanut Butter with Chocolate is also amazing in many other kitchen creations! Our Peanut Butter Snack Bites took a bit of a gourmet spin, while still having a spark of fun for everyone in the family. This way, it’s perfect for sharing with your girlfriends with coffee in the morning, or with the kids for a mid-afternoon snack complete with an icy cold glass of milk.
Because our family is celebrating all things peanut butter, my daughter and I call these Celebration Peanut Butter Snack Bites (it doesn’t hurt that they look like a confetti ball either!)
Suggested serving size is 2 to 3 of the bites represented in the above photo
- 1 cup large flake rolled oats
- ½ cup Kraft Peanut Butter with Chocolate
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 3 Tbsp cupcake sprinkles
- ) Mix together all ingredients in a medium bowl until well blended.
- ) Roll into 20 (1-inch) balls using about 2 Tbsp for each
- ) Chill for 20-30 minutes
That’s it! That’s how easy it is to make Celebration Peanut Butter Snack Bites. I like to pop mine in the freezer for about ten minutes before serving to make them extra-chilled and less likely to melt in your hand.
