- 1 container Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 8oz pkg cream cheese
- 1/4 cup chives, diced
Fill a frying pan with just enough water to cover the bottom and fry the chicken until browned.
Transfer chicken to a large mixing bowl and top with cream cheese and chives. The heat from the chicken will be enough to soften the cream cheese (you could let it get to room temperature first before this step but I use it right out of the fridge).
Unroll the Pillsbury Crescents and separate into triangles. Place a spoonful of the chicken, cream cheese and chives mixture into the center of each.
Wrap the sides around the mixture and press together at the top. Bake according to instructions on the Pillsbury Crescents package.
