Soups & Stews

Easy Hamburger Noodle Soup

Hamburger Soup - so easy and so good!Snow…rain…snow…rain.  That’s  been the weather pattern for the past few weeks here, and the dreary grey sky and cooler temps are sure making me migrate to warm sweaters, holiday scents in the house and comfort food!  Interesting, isn’t it?  In the summer we’re all about grilling but in the cooler months – give me a big ‘ol bowl of comfort and a spoon please!

I’ve been sharing several of my family’s favorite recipes on my blog lately and I’m so happy when someone tries one and loves it too!

Lately, I’ve been making a lot of comfort food because, let’s face it, it just feels so good at the end of a busy, cool, day.  Last night I made chili (recipe coming soon) but one of our favorites in this house is Hamburger Soup which can be made in the slow cooker or on the stove.  Here is the stove top version.
