Notes
If you use frozen chicken, you may find the consistency a little more watery than if you use thawed. I used 2 bottles (380ml each) sauce the first time I made this, but cut it down to one bottle the next time, and it was great. I used Budweiser Premium BBQ sauce on another date as well and it was just as tasty. Use your favorite sauce! I used Molson Canadian beer - I don't think it would matter which beer you use, to be honest, but I've read that dark ales may be really good to try. Top however you like - I like coleslaw as I find the creamy taste helps cool some of the BBQ flavor, but the kids like theirs without. My husband tops it with red onions.
