Slow Cooker Vegetable Beef Barley Soup
 
Ingredients
  • 1lb beef stew meat cut into small bite sized pieces
  • 1 ¼ cup carrots
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • ¾ cup celery
  • 6 cups water
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 Tbsp beef bouillon powder
  • ½ cup pearl barley (I used pot barley, either works!)
  • 1 can tomato soup
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a 5 quart slow cooker and stir.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-5 hours
