Introducing Enchantimals (with giveaway!)

This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Mattel Canada for IZEA. All opinions are 100% mine.

My daughters are three-and-a-half years apart. Two different personalities, even down to their hair colour they differ in their presence and the way they carry themselves. They argue, sure, but they also spend almost every waking moment of their days together outside of school hours. They even sleep in the same bed despite two very nice and different bedrooms! I know as my older daughter grows into a tween, she may lose interest in some of the things they do together, but for now I’m relishing their sisterhood and the unbreakable bond they share.

One thing they love playing together is role playing with their dolls. It helps them work through every day situations and, of course, dream about a fantasy life as well! I often overhear their play and smile at the situations their dolls find themselves in, and love how they – together- work through the story. Recently, we were sent new Enchantimals dolls from Mattel, and ahead of the delivery my girls were eager and waiting – you see, they had already seen the Enchantimals YouTube Page and couldn’t wait to have them for their very own.

Meet the Enchantimals! They’re a group of lovable girls who have a special bond with their animal friends and then share some of the same characteristics. Together, they live in a fantastical world where fun and adventure are right around every corner!

Each Enchantimals comes with their pet, and you can also buy playsets like this one featuring Taylee Turtle & Bounder and their bike!

We shared a fun video on Instagram, where Everleigh and Nevaeh did their own review of Enchantimals. You can also watch the full-screen version on YouTube here!

Along with Taylee Turtle & Bounder, we’ve also introduced Sage Skunk & Caper (they’re pranksters, no doubt!), Patter Peacock & Flap (Patter is proud of her fashionable feathers and wants others to be proud too!), and Felicity Fox & Flick Fox seen above (they’re curious and love going on new adventures!)

Now, the girl’s daily play is filled with even more adventures with Enchantimals. They love the dynamic between the personalities of each doll and pet, and come up with all sorts of light-hearted shenanigans. I like that, whether they realize it or not, they’re learning how to resolve conflict, take care of others, and show compassion all while engaging in play.
