Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal Recipe #SpoonDrop

Once the weather chills, I certainly start looking for comfort food! Of course, I want to ensure the food I’m looking for is healthy and satisfying, and not taking me over my calorie limit for the day. I am learning a lot about healthy food choices and it’s surprising to learn how calorie dense some foods can be, while providing little in nutritional value or filling me up.

In the morning, breakfast with the family can be pretty hectic. With 3 kids, lunches to make, and backpacks to fill, it’s easy to reach for something quick and easy, but not necessarily filling. It’s also hard to find different or exciting things to have for breakfast when time is limited. In fact, in a recent survey more than a third of Canadian parents (37%) said that providing a variety of breakfast options throughout the week is a common challenge.

So, how can Canadians get that #SpoonDrop moment? #SpoonDrop is the moment of success when you’ve harnessed the versatility of Quaker Oats to conquer your mornings and get everyone ready and out the door with ease! You can find a ton of great recipes at to proudly “Own Mornings” and celebrate their #SpoonDrop moments with the versatility of Quaker Oats to create the simple breakfast solutions they seek for their families.
