I’m a huge fan, supporter of, and advocate for rewards programs. My view is that if you’re shopping at a store anyway, why not earn rewards for your purchases? Sure, the brand utilizes rewards plans in hopes that you will shop with them rather than a competitor and this strategy works! Why wouldn’t I shop with a brand that rewards me for my purchase, all while of course ensuring I’m getting the best value for my money spent?
Sears is making changes to its Sears Club rewards program next month, making it even better! Sears Club members can expect to see information on the changes, along with a new Sears Club Rewards Club in November. For those who are existing cardholders, all rewards points will be automatically transferred to the new card, and they have a really great bonus offer as part of the transition.
Just by growing your Sears Club Rewards Program balance between now and December 31, 2015 qualifies you for 1000 bonus points on your card! That means all you have to do is shop at Sears between now and the end of the year, use your Sears Club Rewards Program card, and upon registration into the new program in January, your bonus points will be waiting for you. I have many points cards, but I am going to have to admit that I didn’t even know Sears had one.
I received a notice that Chase will no longer be facilitating the Sears card and wondered if I should be cashing in my points beforehand. Your post lets me know the Sears Club Points program will be continuing so I won’t cash in just yet.
I love Sears and the Sears Club Reward program. Earning rewards is a fun way to get stuff.
I love rewards programs too and I must have a Sears reward card somewhere. I can’t say that I shop there very much lately because we don’t have one anywhere near us. I like ordering online though!

I’m so excited about this! I love love love points cards (I have them for almost every store/program!). I don’t have their credit card, so I’m happy that they will be offering a Sears Club Card now!

Ok, I registered my sears rewards card in Nov, and I purchased quite a few things from Sears. By end of Dec 2015, my points have grown quite bit.
