Goodnight Moon, Goodnight Skin

I’m trying. I’m trying to act like a grown up (at thirty-eight it’s about time, non?) and have a bedtime routine for my skin. I’m a busy mom of three and sometimes I simply fall into bed and am asleep with my iphone still in my hand. Still, that’s not really an excuse – I should take the extra five minutes nightly to properly cleanse and hydrate my skin before bed and lately I’ve been doing a pretty good job at that. It’s a new routine but one that I know will pay off in the long run (hopefully with radiant ageless skin, right?)

Vichy Idealia Skin Sleep

Getting to sleep too late, not getting enough sleep and poor-quality sleep all impact your skin. It makes sense right? If you’re not getting quality rest, your skin doesn’t have that time to recover so it stands to reason that it will show. Just as we tuck ourselves in at night, our skin should be put to bed as well – tucked in all cozy with a sleep mask to help rejuvenate, hydrate and wake up fresh faced ready to face the day.

New Vichy Idealia Skin Sleep recreates the repairing benefits of a deep sleep for ideal skin quality from the very first morning. 90% of users in a study reported that after 7 days their skin felt more hydrated, 84% more supple and 86% more comfortable.

Idealia Skin Sleep ingredients include:

Add Vichy Thermal Spa Water to the mix and you’ve got yourself a cozy duvet blanket of comfort for your skin each night. You can find Vichy Idealia products at your favorite beauty retailers like Shoppers Drug Mart and London Drugs. I love Vichy Idealia BB Cream so I’m not surprised the Idealia Skin Sleep is such a hit! Added to my regimen, my skin is going to positively snore all night long.

Seriously though, I’m determined to improve my night time routine, and so far, Vichy Idealia Skin Sleep has rewarded me for my efforts with soft, supple, hydrated skin in the morning. I love it, and will be replacing when my jar is empty ($52/50ml).
