Women who share their stories not only learn about one another, they in turn learn more about themselves in the process. In October, Betty Ann Heggie shared a post post detailing the lessons she learned while listening to Reese Witherspoon speak at TIFF (Toronto International Film Festival).
Witherspoon has played a diverse catalog of roles, but it’s interesting to note the lessons she learned from some of her early characters in “Election” and “Legally Blonde” as well as what she took away from her character in her latest film, “Wild”.
Betty Ann, as she does expertly, looks at these characters, their lessons, and applies them to her philosophies of Gender Physics and Womentorship.
