Named among Canada’s Top 100 Powerful Women, Betty Ann has climbed the corporate ladder, and is now studying the structure of that ladder itself. What does it mean to be a successful woman? I’ve seen some great leaders, both male and female, and it is interesting to note the different leadership styles. The personalities and judgement that go along with the various leaders are interesting, as well.
