Kid’s Birthday Party Tips

Tenille Lafontaine Global Saskatoon Morning News

I had a blast this morning at Global Saskatoon Morning News with Kevin Stanfield.  We discussed kid’s birthday parties and ways to keep things simple (and frugal!)  Click above to watch the video segment!

Before my interview, I tweeted that Kevin might be disappointed I wasn’t bringing him a pony.  I think his tantrum below displays his reaction to the news.  Like my “mom” look of disapproval?

  16. Both my boys are born within a month of each other. Along with that there is my birthday, brother, grandmother, best friend, and aunt. It’s a very very busy expensive month for us. So needless to say birthdays at our household are usually a bbq and fireworks afterwards for close friends and family only. We like it simple and cheap :)
