Both my boys are born within a month of each other. Along with that there is my birthday, brother, grandmother, best friend, and aunt. It’s a very very busy expensive month for us. So needless to say birthdays at our household are usually a bbq and fireworks afterwards for close friends and family only. We like it simple and cheap

I love the home birthday partys! You can be way more creative and still keep your budget, make your own cakes or personalized cup cakes for the kids, play all the older games like pit the tail on the donkey or get the egg in the cup game, its fun for the kids and Mom too!
