There’s something so adorable about toddlers in little boots running around in the fall! With my first, I loved his little hiking boots with jeans and with the girls, I adore tights with boots in the fall for them.
So, given the chance to check out something from the Fall 2012 Collection at See Kai Run, I had to go with boots! I picked these gorgeous Maeve boots (ARV $50) for my 18 month old in grey and purple, two big fall colors this year.
One feature I really like about these boots is that they have an adjustable velcro closure. Often times boots can be too big for skinny little legs and they look funny or worse-yet let in snow and water at the top because they’re so wide. The velcro allows you to get a more snug fit which is fabulous.
The flexible sole is a lot better than those rigid super-hard soles on department store winter boots – perhaps good for traction in the snow but not at all healthy for growing feet. See Kai Run shoes have the American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA) Seal of Acceptance which certifies that See Kai Run and Smaller footwear meet their rigorous standards for healthy foot development, functionality and safety.
Always check See Kai Run online for sales (there’s a few good sales on right now!) and of course, you can use the Store Finder link on the site to find a location near you that carries See Kai Run, Smaller, and Kai products near you!
