The Body Shop Beautifying Oils are made for use on the body, face & hair. I know – using oil on your face seems a complete contrast to what most of us are trying to accomplish (I’m a victim of an oily t-zone!) but I’ve used both the Strawberry and Coconut Beautifying Oil on my hair and skin and am impressed!
Unlike baby oil, dry oils like this don’t make your skin slippery and they dry instantly – but not dry dry. You still have moisturized, beautiful smelling skin with a nice sparkling glow.
These oils contain a lightweight blend of nut oils including Community Fair Trade marula oil and from the reviews I’ve read at The Body Shop online, many are using it in place of Moroccan oil for their hair. I put it in dry hair and it helps tame fly-aways and give it a nice light scent too! Though, when it comes right down to it – this product is used mostly on my legs. Enough of smelling like a (clean) baby’s bottom!
