Ingredients
  • 1 pkg (700g or approx 20) frozen dinner rolls
  • 1 pkg (170g or 6 serving size) butterscotch pudding (not instant!)
  • 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional, we passed due to allergies)
  • ½ cup butter
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (or more to taste)
Instructions
  1. Butter bundt (or tube) pan
  2. Evenly place frozen dinner rolls in pan
  3. Sprinkle dry pudding mix over frozen rolls
  4. Melt brown sugar, buttter and cinnamon in a pot but DO NOT BOIL. Cool slightly, then pour mixture over frozen dinner rolls
  5. Cover tightly with tin foil
  6. Let rise on the counter overnight
  7. In the morning - remove tin foil
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
  9. Cool about 10 minutes and invert before serving.
