When crafting my holiday gift guide, one company that I knew I wanted to include was phil&teds. Earlier this summer, I reviewed the phil&teds Traveler while out at the beach with our family, and several friends, seeing it first hand, commented on what a great gift it would make (ah ha, the light bulb went on!) Then, later when we reviewed the awesome phil&teds Metro Carrier it occurred to me how many people would love to have one of these under the tree this holiday as well!

The Metro Carrier ($179.99 CDN) is going to be perfect for us on our treks through the airports next month and while on our Disneyland adventure. My husband actually suggested we bring this carrier with us because of the storage space it has in it as well – including a change pad! Children up to 3 yrs can be carried in it, so this is a carrier that will get a lot of use over the years, whereas others can only be used for a short amount of time in comparison.
The phil&teds Traveler ($199.99 CDN) is another product from this company that can be used for a longer period of time than most baby products. It’s especially relevant during the holiday season when so many families are traveling (hence the name, huh?) We used our traveler this summer at the beach as a cozy little area for Everleigh to snooze. It can also be used as a playpen (you can put baby in via the side or the top) when visiting the grandparent’s house over the holidays. The best part, the entire unit packs up into a such a compact little package that it can fit in the bottom of your stroller or in the overhead compartment of an airplane!
