Halloween is just around the corner (yes, already!). Are you prepared yet? It’s funny, before I had kids I started thinking about Halloween the week before, but now that I’m a mom, Halloween prep starts in September if not earlier.
I remember when Elijah (now 7) was 2 and reading online that one of my favorite stores had just put out their stock of Halloween costumes one weekend. I hopped in in the car with my toddler and we drove one hour each way to pick up his costume for that Halloween so I could be assured he had the costumer he I wanted.
Now, with 3 kids, I can’t hop in the car for a Sunday drive to get a costume, Halloween requires even more planning these days but I’m happy to say I’ve got all three kid’s costumes, literally, in the bag already!
Can’t wait until October 31st to share how adorable your kids are in their costumes? Now you don’t have to.
Starting Monday, October 10th, go to DisneyJunior.ca and upload a photo of your little one(s) in a Halloween costume. Disney Junior’s panel of judges will select the spookiest and scariest photos to be showcased on-air on Disney Junior Channel as part of Halloween-themed “Dress Up Mondays” on October 17, 24, and 31st. There will also be a gallery showcasing even more photos at DisneyJunior.ca starting October 17th.
I have to get the kids to try on their costumes anyway, so this will be a great opportunity to snap a few photos and surprise them by (hopefully) seeing their photo on Disney Junior on Mondays in October – how fun would that be?
