Wallpaper For Windows

Do you have a window in your house where a covering like blinds or curtains would just look all kinds of wrong?  We sure do – actually we have more than one.  One window in our house that really bugged me was the one right beside our front door – upon moving in we realized that the glass wasn’t smoked or tinted, but just a plain window completely open to the world with no covering on it at all.  There’s no way you could put blinds on it either because it just looks so awkward!

Other people have undoubtedly encountered this issue and Wallpaper for Windows is as big a problem-solver for them as it has been for me!  Check out just some of the ideas you can utilize in your own household from this company:

The Wallpaper for Window choices come in standard sizes or can be trimmed to exact size which is exactly what I needed to do.  We had purchased a similar product from a home improvement store this summer but then realized once we were home that it wouldn’t even cover the entire window!

For my awkward sized front-door window, I picked the Austin Privacy Etched Glass Film that would give us complete privacy in a modern design.  I simply gave the company the exact measurements of the window when I ordered and it arrived trimmed exactly to size!  Applying it was easy, the film sticks on the window with the use of static cling, not some sticky residue, so it was simple to apply and pull-back to readjust if needed.  We then used the supplied tool to push out any bubbles ensuring a smooth finish.

Here is our before and after!

Isn’t that a dramatic difference?  Can you believe how exposed we were at night before this?  Actually, even during the day time it was annoying because people who rang our doorbell could see inside so easily.  I’m so happy to have found Wallpaper for Windows and have a few other projects we are going to tackle in the future once we decide what to order.  See the half-window in the door?  We had enough leftover film that my husband was able to cut and fit the pieces into there the next day!  Our next project?  The door to our deck off our kitchen!
