Once in awhile while doing product reviews I come across a company that I feel a special connection to. Whether it’s the creator of the products or the products themselves, some stand out more than others and I know that I am destined to be a repeat and loyal customer. speckles & weeds is one such company. Based in Calgary, Alberta, this Canadian company created by the witty and hilarious writings of Jane Desilets captures the true essence of motherhood. The good, the bad, and the mother-in-law.
speckles & weeds creative card sets are the perfect cards for giving to mommy-friends, soon-t0-be-moms, and dads alike. Though Hallmark’s hearts and roses have their place, nothing quite says, “I’m with you, hun” than giving your friend a card from the Motherhood line of cards from speckles & weeds. An example? Of the cards that I received from speckles & weeds, this one is my favorite and made me giggle when I read it.
Today, you learn your mother in law is an interpreter “I know you’re hungry sweetheart but your Mommy is very busy making herself a Cappuccino.”
